By purchasing credits, subscriptions, or services from NuvaFrame, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Services

NuvaFrame provides digital products and services, including AI-generated images, videos, content creation tools, subscriptions, and credit-based usage plans.

Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are generally considered final.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Used credits.
  • Partially used subscriptions.
  • Completed AI image generations.
  • Completed AI video generations.
  • Downloaded or exported content.
  • Expired credits.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases.
  • Account suspensions due to policy violations.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your active billing cycle.

4. Eligible Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments.
  • Accidental multiple charges.
  • Technical issues that prevent service delivery.
  • Billing errors caused by NuvaFrame.
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by our investigation.

Refund approval is solely at the discretion of NuvaFrame.

5. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for review, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for consideration.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Account suspension.
  • Termination of services.
  • Removal of unused credits.
  • Restriction from future purchases.

We encourage users to contact support before initiating any payment disputes.

7. Technical Limitations

AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or undesirable results.

Dissatisfaction with generated outputs alone does not qualify for a refund, as AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic and may vary between generations.

8. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing may take between 5 and 14 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

9. Right to Refuse Refunds

NuvaFrame reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases involving:

  • Abuse of the refund process.
  • Violation of platform policies.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Excessive refund requests.
  • Use of purchased credits or services.
