1. Subscription Plans

NuvaFrame offers various subscription plans that may include credits, premium features, priority processing, and additional platform benefits.

Subscription features, limits, and pricing are displayed on the pricing page and may be updated periodically.

2. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected billing period.

Available billing cycles may include:

Your subscription will remain active until canceled.

3. Automatic Renewal

4. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not affect the current active subscription period.

No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time.

5. Credits

Certain services on NuvaFrame operate using a credit-based system. Credits may be included with subscriptions or purchased separately.

Credits may be used for generating AI images, videos, editing content, or accessing premium features.

Credits:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Cannot be resold.
  • May expire according to your subscription plan.

6. Credit Expiration

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Annual subscription credits expire at the end of the subscription period.
  • Bonus or promotional credits may have separate expiration dates.

Unused credits are forfeited upon expiration and are not refundable.

7. Credit Consumption

The number of credits required for image generation, video generation, editing tools, and other services may vary.

NuvaFrame reserves the right to modify credit requirements, feature availability, and usage limits at any time.

8. Payment Methods

We may accept payments through approved payment providers, including:

  • Stripe

Payment availability may vary depending on your location.

9. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

Violations may result in credit removal, subscription termination, or permanent account suspension.

13. Taxes

Users are responsible for any taxes associated with their purchases.

14. Refunds
